In accordance with the provisions of the June 14, 2024 Act on Whistleblower Protection, K2 Consult Sp. z o.o. facilitates the reporting of irregularities via email at sygnaly@k2consult.pl. Reports should include a completed and signed submission form.

The internal procedure of K2 Consult Sp. z o.o. applies to legal violations reported by whistleblowers, includ-ing actions or omissions that are unlawful or aimed at bypassing the law, particularly in the following areas:

• Counteracting money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
• Environmental protection.
• Privacy and personal data protection.
• Network and information system security.
• Financial interests of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland, local government units, and the European Union.
• The internal market of the European Union, including public competition rules, state aid, and corporate taxation.
• Constitutional freedoms and human and civil rights in relations between individuals and public authorities, unrelated to the fields listed above.

K2 Consult Sp. z o.o. does not accept anonymous reports.

The personal data of individuals reporting a violation and individuals implicated in the report will be processed based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR in connection with Article 17 of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law (legal obligation) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interests of K2 Consult Sp. z o.o., Gorzew 19, 95-200 Pabianice, as the data controller). Detailed rules for the protection of this personal data are outlined in the internal data protection regulations of K2 Consult Sp. z o.o.
